Quinoa Berry Bake
2 bananas
1 cup quinoa, you can also use 1/2 cup quinoa with 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups almond or oat milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups berries
Mash bananas, Add all other ingredients- except for the berries, whisk/mix well, then add berries
Spray baking dish with baking pam and Bake at 375 for 60 minutes
Top with fresh berries, nuts, and greek yogurt
