Breakfast Lettuce Wraps

sweet potato, bacon, eggs, bibb lettuce, avocado

Spiralize sweet potato or buy sweet potato noodles, saute sweet potato noodles

Cook bacon and eggs

Combine all on bibb lettuce leaves

Add avocado

Top with chipotle olive oil for a pop of spice
