Breakfast Ice Cream

5% plain greek yogurt, nut butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa, frozen berries
Mix all in a glass- 4 tbsp greek yogurt, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp chia seeds, a little cinnamon and a little unsweetened cocoa, with frozen berries
I use frozen berries - any combo of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, they will still be icy, this chills the yogurt and peanut butter, and makes ice crystals
Blueberries - Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin D, Fiber
Blackberries - Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin C, Fiber, Protein
Chia seed - Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Vitamins b1/ thiamine, b12/cobalamin, and C, Protein, Fiber, Monounsaturated fat, Omega-3 fats, Omega-6 fats
Peanut butter - Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Vitamins B1/thiamine, B3/niacin, B5/pantothenic acid, B6/pyridoxine, B9/folate, and E, Zinc, Protein
(**use natural peanut butter or other nut butter, we use Jiff with the brown top)
Raspberries - Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Vitamins B6/pyridoxine, b12/ cobalamin, C, and D
Greek yogurt - Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamins B6/ pyridoxine, B12/ cobalamin, C, and D
(*use full fat yogurt with probiotics, choose one that is low in sugar, the protein and fat helps prevent sugar spikes, I use 5% plain Fage greek yogurt)
