Breakfast Burritos

(these are great to make ahead and freeze)

low carb tortillas, eggs, turkey bacon, baby spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, avocado

  1. Scramble eggs and cook bacon

  2. Fill low carb tortillas with baby spinach, scrambled eggs, and cooked turkey bacon, Top with cheese and salsa

  3. Wrap each individually in saran wrap and then place all in a freezer bag in the freezer

  4. Heat up in the microwave, serve with a little salsa, for dipping, Eat on the go, or add avocado and baby spinach as a side if you have more time
