This is not natural for most of us … Slowing down, doing nothing, taking a break, sitting quietly, being still … This can feel uncomfortable at first. Your mind will wander. You will be distracted. Let your thoughts and distractions come and go without engaging with them. Imagine them floating by like clouds in the sky. Let them go, and return your focus to your breathing.
