Marinated Cheese

**Make this the night before serving
Serve with crackers or vegetables or fruit

2 pounds white cheese- provolone, mozerrella- buy these cubed for convenience

olive oil, lemon, whole pod garlic, black pepper, cumin, mustard seeds


Cut cheese into bite-size cubes and place in a gallon size storage ziplock bag


Combine 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice, whole pod garlic very thinly sliced, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp mustard seeds


Pour the above mixture into ziplock bag with cheese cubes


Seal bag, leave a little air in it, mix cheese with marinade, let air out of bag, then place in fridge laying flat, mix and flip every couple of hours
