As a Family Medicine physician, most of my time with patients in the office is focused on problems - high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, depression, abdominal pain, back pain, headaches, fatigue … so there’s not a lot of time to discuss general health, fitness, and prevention.
I’ve created this website as an out-of-office resource for my patients and also for anyone else that wants to improve their overall health and well-being.
